Customer Privacy
Aria to Zoe will not sell or give away information that you have provided to us. We do not share customer information with third parties. None of the information that you provide us is sold, rented, or given in any way to anyone else. Our mailing list is used only for our internal email and USPS mailings. If you have questions or would rather not receive email or mail please let us know by sending us an email at

Customer Security
This site has strong security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. You can be confident that your information is protected. Payment processing is managed through Shopify. Your financial information is shielded with secure server software (SSL), which is the best available technology for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, which prevents others from accessing it during transmission over the Internet. No one has access to your credit card information (including us), and it is stored securely behind a firewall.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected for orders shipped to those states that mandate collection. The charge will be  shown in your itemized receipt at checkout along with any other charges that may apply.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards through Shopify.

Aria to Zoe provides free shipping on most items via USPS (U.S. Postal Service). At this time, we can only ship within the U.S. Free shipping applies to orders placed online only.

Merchandise shipped via Standard Delivery will arrive approximately one week from the date your order is shipped. Orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer to arrive.
In stock product generally leaves our store within 2 business days of your order when placed before 5 pm CST. For example an order placed on Monday before 5 pm CST would ship out by the following day. Some items may require longer shipping times – this is noted where applicable.

Generally all items are shipped within one business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery 5-7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping:
Currently we do not offer international shipping via our website. Please note we are working on this.

Inventory Availability

We do our best to display current inventory availability accurately. In rare instances, we may need to cancel items from your order if there are none in stock to ship. We will notify you if this is the case, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns & Damaged Items
If your item has been damaged during shipping or has a defect we will make every effort to replace it. Please email us at to arrange for a new item to be shipped out to you.

We understand that many products need to be seen and touched to truly appreciate them. Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days from ship date with receipt, providing items are in new condition. Sale items are excluded. NO EXCEPTIONS. A 15% restocking fee will be added to returned items.

Sale items are not returnable. No exceptions.
Shipping cost is nonrefundable and we do not provide return shipping.

*Please note that outbound shipping costs on items that originally received “Free” shipping will be charged at the time of return.*

Returned items must be in their original packaging when returned for credit.  Your account will be credited as soon as the item is received. Credits can only be made to the originating credit card without exceptions. You will be notified via e-mail when your package has been received.
